The short version
We collect your name, email address and phone number when you buy something. We use them to deliver your purchase, send you a backup download link, and answer you if you write to us. We do not sell your information to anyone.
What we collect
- Name, email address and phone number — entered by you at checkout.
- Order information — what you bought, when, and the amount.
- Basic website data — pages visited, device type, and similar analytics.
What we never see
Your card and banking details. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay on their own secure systems. Card numbers, UPI PINs and bank credentials never reach our website and we have no access to them at any point.
Why we use it
- To deliver the product you paid for.
- To email you a backup download link in case the download page fails.
- To reply to support questions and process refund requests.
- To occasionally email you about updates to a product you already own.
Advertising and cookies
We use the Meta Pixel on this website. It tells us how many people visited a page or completed a purchase, and lets us show ads on Facebook and Instagram. It uses cookies. It does not tell us who you are by name.
You can turn off personalised advertising in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block cookies in your browser settings. Neither will stop you from using this website.
Who else sees your information
- Razorpay — to process your payment.
- Our email provider — to send you your download link.
- Meta — anonymised website activity for advertising measurement.
That is the complete list. We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, except where we are legally required to retain a record of the transaction.
Your choices
Email arunsahu@smcaio.com and you can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your details, or stop emailing you. We will action it.
Children
This website and our products are intended for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
