Nothing is shipped
Every product on this website is digital. There is no physical shipment, no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery charge of any kind.
How delivery works
- You complete payment through Razorpay.
- You are taken straight to a download page with your files.
- A backup download link is also emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
How long it takes
Immediately. The download page opens as soon as your payment is confirmed. The backup email usually arrives within a few minutes.
If your download does not work
The most common cause is the in-app browser inside Instagram or Facebook, which sometimes blocks downloads. Tap the "..." menu in the top corner and choose Open in Chrome or Open in Safari, then download again. Opening the emailed link on a laptop also works.
If it still fails, email arunsahu@smcaio.com and we will send the files directly to you.
Did not get the email?
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is not there, email us and we will resend it. Your download links do not expire — you can come back to them later.
