These terms apply when you buy a digital product from Smart Media Creatives through this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
What you are buying
A digital product delivered as downloadable files. Nothing physical is shipped. The Local Business AI Marketing Kit is a 51-page PDF and a 7-sheet Excel workbook.
Your licence
You may:
- Use the material in your own business, as much as you like, for as long as you like.
- Edit, adapt and rewrite it to fit your business.
- If you run an agency, use it in campaigns for your own clients.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files.
- Repackage the material and sell it as your own product.
- Upload it to a file-sharing site, group or channel.
The licence is for one business and is not transferable.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST. Payment is handled by Razorpay. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you pay is the price that applies to your order.

Refunds
We do not refund change of mind. We do refund in full whenever the fault is ours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the detail.
What we do not promise
Our products are marketing materials and templates. We do not promise that using them will increase your sales, followers, enquiries or revenue. Results depend on your business, your market, your pricing and how you apply the material. Anyone who guarantees you a business outcome from a template is not being straight with you.

We write our material carefully, but it is general guidance and not professional advice. Festival dates, platform rules and advertising policies change. Please verify anything time-sensitive before you rely on it. For tax, legal or financial matters, speak to a qualified professional.
Availability
We aim to keep this website and download links available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. If a download link stops working, email us and we will send you the files.
